Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year from Mike Cope

The following gag cartoon was part of the batch that I sent to Reader's Digest Canada for consideration in their December issue. This particular one didn't make the cut; however, in the spirit of the season, I thought I'd share it for your enjoyment ...

Comic Strip Gag Writing: Cavemen Cartoons

PC & Pixel by Tak Bui

Here are a couple of prehistoric comic strip gags that I recently wrote for PC and Pixel by Tak Bui ... Enjoy!

Can you imagine what life must have been like in 10,000 BC?

Let's see ... no computers, no Internet, no video games. There's no wonder why our ancient civilizations invented board games such as Checkers and Chess! Mind you, even the greatest of civilizations aren't always civilized ...

... I'd like to think our gaming etiquette has evolved a little since then. Surely our virtually realistic video games like Grand Theft Auto, Resident Evil, and God of War are examples of our superior, primate intelligence.

Well, I'd like to think we've evolved.

Speaking of evolution, do you think cave people suffered from SPAM, or is it just a modern pain-in-the-mailbox?
